Flow: Real-Time Match Statistics (Admin)

Actor

Administrator, Match Manager, or Executive

Preconditions

• Match is active (Pre-sale, On-sale, or Match Day)
• Actor has "Reporting" or "View Only" permissions

Flow Steps

1. Access Dashboard

   • Admin logs in and navigates to "Dashboards" > "Live Match Monitor"
   • Selects the active match from the dropdown
   • System loads the real-time dashboard

2. View Key Metrics (Heads-up Display)

   • Admin checks top-level KPIs:
   • Total Sold: Absolute number and percentage of capacity
   • Revenue: Total value of sold tickets
   • Reserved: Seats currently in cart or held for quotas
   • Available: Seats open for purchase

3. Analyze Seat Inventory Map

   • Admin views the visual stadium map (color-coded)
   • Green: Available
   • Red: Sold
   • Yellow: Reserved/In Cart
   • Grey: Blocked/Kill Seat
   • Admin hovers over sectors to see specific stats (e.g., "Sector C1: 85% Sold")
   • Admin can click on any seat to see more details
   • Admin can change details or cancel ticket directly from seat view

4. Drill Down by Category

   • Admin filters view by "Price Category" or "User Type" (Public vs. Partner)
   • Checks sales performance of VIP vs. General Admission
   • Exports snapshot if needed
