Flow: Loyalty Member Early Access Purchase

Preconditions

  • User has account with verified OIB
  • User has sufficient loyalty points (e.g., 27+ points)
  • Match is in loyalty early access window (e.g. 2 days before public sale)

Flow Steps

  1. Notification

    • User receives push notification: "Loyalty sale opens now for Croatia vs Portugal"
    • User receives email with direct deeplink
  2. Access Check

    • User clicks link or navigates to match page within HNS - Official Store app
    • System verifies user is logged in
    • System checks loyalty points balance
    • System determines ticket allocation (e.g., 27 points = 4 tickets)
    • Hard Limit of 4 Tickets Per Match: System checks total tickets purchased for this match (early access + regular sale combined)
      • If user bought 4 tickets during early access, they cannot buy more during regular sale
      • If user bought 2 during early access, they can buy 2 more during regular sale
      • Example: User with 27 points has 4-ticket allocation. Buys 3 in early access → can only buy 1 more in regular sale
  3. Priority Access

    • User sees "Loyalty Member Early Access" banner
    • User sees available ticket quantity based on points
    • Standard zone selection process (select zone and quantity)
  4. Purchase

    • Same process as standard purchase
    • Loyalty status displayed throughout
    • Confirmation email highlights loyalty access
  5. Points Update

    • After match attendance, system awards 1 loyalty point
    • Note: Loyalty points are awarded only for OIB holders for paid tickets, not for free/complimentary tickets
    • Point visible in account
    • Email and push notification of point award
